Yes - the website was down, and we're sorry for any difficulty. Our webhost - "Dreamhost" - had a cascading technical failure that took most of their hosted sites down for most of the day.
Very grumpy-making, but everything seems to be working now - thanks for sticking with us.
On a positive note - someone (Paxomen) went to a lot of trouble to put together a "Cherub" page in Wikipedia. I can't begin to tell you how happy this makes me. Whoot!
